The Kinmount Family Funfest is on this coming Saturday from 4 -9 pm, and I'll be there ready to sell and sign books from the Anandrian Series. The weather forecast is looking good. I hope to see a lot of people there - especially since the third book, Destiny Fulfilled, actually uses this place as part of its setting.
I haven't posted much on my site, as I have been ruminating ideas for Twisted Destiny, book 4 of the Anandrian Series. I had written some pretty decent stuff - 50 pages worth - but when my daughter, Laura, read it, she pretty much confirmed what I had feared - there wasn't much happening, other than some pleasant reaquaintances with some old characters. I chucked everything except the prologue. I needed more to be happening!
So, after hours of brainstorming with Laura, and many dog walks, I think I'm on the right track. By the end of the second chapter I already have one character skewered through with a hunk of wood, and when we hit chapter 3, we begin to see the possibilities of Jessica's powers (Lucifer's daughter). Plus I have introduced a potential catastrophe.
